Rosalia
Rosalia Vila, also known as Rosalia Rosaly, is a Spanish singer of flamenco. She has been a part of the fringes of traditional and popular music since her teenage years, she is also involved in other genres such as Hip-Hop Soul and Trap. Her voice is described by no less a talent than flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, but with a bite like older versions. El Mal Querer, her sequel album to Los Angeles in 2017, was both a critical and commercial success. It topped the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and was awarded an Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami the third album by her, featured songwriting collaborations between Cory Henry and James Blake. The set came out in the month of March 2022, following an Saturday Night Live performance featuring the track Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to have performed in a solo performance on the show. Motomami was her album which won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female artist to receive won the Latin Album of the Year win twice.
